Terms of use
Short, and in plain words
The agreement
Sprig is licensed to you through Apple’s App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add a few plain points specific to Sprig. If they conflict, the standard EULA wins.
Sprig Care subscription
- Sprig Care is available monthly ($1.99) or yearly ($9.99), in USD; local prices are shown in the App Store before you buy.
- The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid yearly subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. You keep Care until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore Care on another device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Identification is a guess
Sprig suggests what a plant is, how to care for it and what might be wrong with it. It can be wrong. Do not rely on Sprig to decide whether a plant is safe to eat or touch, or safe for pets or people. You are responsible for how you use what it tells you.
Changes
